Comfort Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We want you to be comfortable on your new mattress purchase. So if after getting your new mattress set home and sleeping on it, you realize its just not the right one for you, Chubby's offers the following comfort guarantee:

Studies have shown that there is an adjustment period for your body to adjust to your new mattress's support. If after 21 days but before the 30th day following the original delivery you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your mattress, contact your original sales person to schedule an exchange of your mattress set. The following restrictions apply:

• Guarantee is limited to one exchange per customer.
• No refunds will be given, only exchanges.
• Replacement sets must be of equal or greater value, and must be the same size.
• Exchanges are not available on floor samples, special order purchases, adjustable bases, pillows, mattress protectors, or any merchandise sold as 'final sale'.
• The original mattress must be in new, sanitary condition with all original tags still attached.
• A 10% restocking fee and a delivery fee will apply.
